6 lbs. Boneless Leg of Lamb
12 oz. Pork Tenderloin
Season Pork tenderloin with pepper, garlic,salt,
and
rosemary. Tie inside lamb leg. (Ask the butcher to do this
for you.) Season the outside with pepper, garlic, salt, onion
salt, and rosemary. Bake 2 1/2 - 3 hours at 350 degress.
